Hang your stockings, Say your prayers, From the forest, Come the terrors
Put up your tree, look outside, Here they come, Dark night's tide
Wish you may, Wish you might, They'll do more, than simple fright
Hang your stockings, Say your prayers, brave the night, do you dare?

That's great!  Is that something you came up with looking at my image?  Another poem was brought to my attention that fits my illustration quite well. I've included it here and added it to my blog.

    Like one, that on a lonesome road
    Doth walk in fear and dread,
    And having once turned round walks on,
    And turns no more his head;
    Because he knows, a frightful fiend
    Doth close behind him tread.

Thanks! I just thought of it randomly when I saw your picture.

That stanza does fit it quite well~

I was just trying to make it rhyme, haha
